All of our exhausts are handmade 100% in the USA.  We service both the general public as well as bike builders around the world with a choice of our production exhausts or One of a Kind exhausts for American and Metric bikes.

Every exhaust is made within the USA.  We do not subcontract to companies overseas.  Each order is handled with the proper care and attention that larger companies can't afford to give you.  Every single order is fabricated and/or overseen by Frankie Serrano himself.  So when we say "production" we don't mean "off the shelf", we mean "handmade from one of Frankie's designs".

The One of a Kind exhausts are made to suit your personality and theme of your bike.  When ordering a One of a Kind exhaust, you deal directly with Frankie Serrano through the entire process, starting with the initial discussion of your wants and needs to finalizing the coating and timing to be shipped.  Unlike any other company in the world, the owner Frankie Serrano, executes the designing, welding, sculpting and polishing.  That is right; it is all done by Frankie in his private shop, apart from the FSD Exhausts production line.
